A light dessert to cool you down on a very hot day. It's easy to prepare, delicious and healthy. It provides the body with calcium, probiotics and vitamin C. 

INGREDIENTS

1,500 g
  frozen strawberries
75 g
  Splenda no calorie sweetener
3.00 tub (624 g)
  low-fat vanilla yogurt
3.00 Juice of 1 lemon (141 g)
  lemon juice
 

METHOD

1. Combine frozen strawberries and sugar in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped.

2. Combine yogurt (or buttermilk) and lemon juice; with the machine running, gradually pour the mixture through the feed tube. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the workbowl once or twice. Freeze for 2 hours.

3. Spoon into serving cups.

4. Serve and enjoy.
