A guilt free chips that is light and crunchy, a better option than the regular potato chips or french fries. Kale is seasoned with garlic salt, paprika and chili to make this a very flavourful snack, then it is oven-baked to achieve crispness. This healthy goodness only has less than 50 kcalories per serve!

METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Wash kale and cut into two-inch pieces.
3. Lightly grease a baking sheet with oil.
4. Combine oil, paprika, garlic salt and chili in a large bowl, add kale and toss to coat with mixture.
5. Transfer in a baking sheet and arrange into a single layer.
6. Bake for 7 minutes. Turn the chips over and bake for another 3-7 more minutes, until crispy and edges just beginning to brown. Let stand to cool.
7. Serve and enjoy.
