This is a very easy recipe, a healthy option to a regular potato chips. Potatoes provide the body with an essential source of fuel and energy which you need even when dieting.

INGREDIENTS

1.50 medium (225 g)
  Potatoes
1 g
  Garlic Powder
1 g
  Sea Salt
1 g
  Black Pepper, ground
8 g
  Olive Oil
 

METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 450 F (225 C).

2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Cut the potatoes in 1/8-inch thick round slices.

4. In a pot of boiling water cook the potato slices for 3-5 minute.

5. Drain well and combine with oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a large bowl.

6. Place potato slices on prepared baking sheet in one layer.

7. Bake for about 15 minutes until crisp and golden brown.

8. Gently remove the chips and place on parchment paper;

9. Let dry for few minutes and they are ready to serve.
