INGREDIENTS
900 g
pasta, cooked
6.00 tablespoon (81 g)
olive oil
3.00 onion (267 g)
onion, chopped
6.00 clove (18 g)
garlic, minced
750 g
pasta sauce, tomato-based
9.00 Tbsp (135 g)
parmesan cheese, low-fat
1.50 cup, shredded (170 g)
mozzarella cheese, grated
6.00 tablespoon (13 g)
fresh basil, chopped
15 g
fresh parsley, chopped
METHOD
1. Cook pasta as directed in the package. Drain.
2. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high. Stir-fry onion and garlic until fragrant, add tomato sauce and cook until heated through. Remove from fire.
3. Add pasta and parmesan; toss to coat.
4. Transfer into a serving dish. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and grated mozzarella cheese.
5. Serve and enjoy.
