  Zucchini, sliced
2.00 egg (52 g)
  Egg Whites
4.00 tablespoon (32 g)
  Breadcrumbs
0.25 teaspoon (0 g)
  Basil, dried
1 g
  Sea Salt
1 g
  Black Pepper, ground
 

METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 450 F (225 C).

2. Slice zucchini crosswise and season with dried basil, salt and pepper.

3. Beat egg whites and dip each zucchini slice.

4. Then coat with breadcrumbs and place in lightly greased baking dish..

5. Bake in the oven about 10 minutes on each side or until browned and crispy.

6. Cool and serve.
