Peaches are good for treating infectious diseases and are good for lowering the cholesterol level in the blood, preventing cardiovascular diseases, anemia and renal diseases.
1. Prepare grill or heat a cast iron grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. Toast walnuts in a dry skillet for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant
3. Place peaches, cut side down on grill. Grill 2-4 minutes. Flip peaches over, so the skin side is facing down.
4. Sprinkle walnuts on top.
