This Cajun Pork Chops are grilled and seasoned to perfection, it doesn't only taste great but it's also healthy. Pork is naturally low in salt and a rich source of good quality protein. INGREDIENTS

0.50 teaspoon (1 g)
  Paprika
0.50 teaspoon (1 g)
  Cumin, ground
0.50 teaspoon (1 g)
  Chili Powder
0.50 teaspoon (1 g)
  Black Pepper, ground
1 g
  Garlic Salt
250 g
  Pork Chops, Lean
 

METHOD

1. Heat the grill to a medium-high.

2. Mix paprika, cumin, black pepper, chili powder and garlic salt on a plate.

3. Liberally rub each pork chop with the spice mixture.

4. Place pork chops in the grill, cook for 8-10 minutes on each side or until done.

5. Serve in plates with salad greens or mashed potato.
