SUMMARY
Quick and easy Greek salad recipe, it's tasty and healthy too! Feta cheese, black olives, cucumber and cherry tomatoes are the main ingredients of this great tasting dish, best served for picnics and parties. Good source of protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals.
INGREDIENTS

Olive Oil

Balsamic Vinegar

Black Pepper, ground
0.13 teaspoon (0 g)
Mixed Herbs, dried

Feta Cheese, cubed
2.00 cherry (34 g)
Cherry Tomatoes
25 g
Black Olives

Cucumber, cut into 2" slices
METHOD
1. Make vinaigrette dressing: In a mixing bowl, combine oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs and black pepper. Set aside.
2. Place tomatoes, cheese, olives and cucumber in skewers.
3. Serve in a platter drizzled with dressing.
