SUMMARY
Greek Beef Kebabs is a healthy, quick and easy to prepare recipe. The beef should compose of lean meat, which is then marinated in a vibrant mixture of ingredients that complement beef’s flavour. After marinating, beef is broiled melting away the fat content and flavor is enhanced by basting its marinade. Beef is an excellent source of protein and vitamin B12 as well as rich in selenium, zinc, iron, phosphorus and B vitamin.

METHOD
- In a large bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic. Add the steak cubes to the mixture and marinate for 20 to 25 minutes at room temperature. About 5 minutes before you are ready to cook the kebabs, preheat the broiler.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and thread it into 5 skewers. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 3 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with the marinade.
