SUMMARY
A basic recipe for fruit-yoghurt based smoothie. With this recipe I used fresh kiwi, but you may substitute it with any kind of fruit or you can make a combination as well. Fruits are rich in vitamins and minerals which promotes good health. It is made healthier with yoghurt and skim milk which provides our body with good amounts of protein, fibre and calcium. It is low in fat and it only has 126 kcalories per serve!
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
1. Process kiwi, yoghurt, milk and honey in a blender for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
2. Add in crushed ice and blend for another minute.
3, Pour in glasses and garnish with kiwi slices and fresh mint leaves.
