INGREDIENTS

0.50 tablespoon (7 g)
  Gelatine, Unflavored
30 g
  Tea bags, fruit flavored
50 g
  Splenda (Intense Sweetener)
1.50 cup (375 g)
  Water
1.00 cup (162 g)
  Fresh Mixed Berries
 

METHOD

1. Place the 4 (15g) tea bags  into a heatproof bowl. Pour over 3 cups (750ml) of boiling water. Add the splenda and stir to dissolve. Set aside for 5 minutes to infuse. Discard the tea bags when finished infusing.

2. Sprinkle the gelatine over the tea and whisk well with a fork to dissolve. Set aside for 1 minute for any bubbles to settle.

3. Divide berries among four 3/4 cup (180ml) champagne glasses or jelly moulds.

4. Pour the tea mixture over the top.

5. Chill for 2 hours or until set.

6. Serve and enjoy!
