INGREDIENTS

0.40 slice (50 g)
  Melon
0.40 kiwifruit (31 g)
  Kiwi
1.60 berry (35 g)
  Fresh Strawberries
0.40 slice (44 g)
  Pineapple
20 g
  Grapes
10 g
  Sour Cream, fat-free
10 g
  Cottage Cheese, low-fat
 

METHOD

1. Cut fruit into bite size pieces to keep them all relatively the same size.

2. Place onto wooden skewers and keep chilled until ready to eat.  

3. Prepare Dip: In a small bowl, mix together sour cream and cottage cheese.

4. Serve fruit kebabs with dip and enjoy!
