METHOD
1. Simmer water, sugar and gelatin for 5 minutes or until completely dissolved. Remove from heat.
2. Add in fresh fruits. Mix well.
3. Pour and mold into 4 ramekins.
4. Top with strawberries and garnish with mint leaves.
5. Chill for 2-3 hours. Serve.
