SUMMARY
A comfort food recipe that is easy to prepare and healthy too! This creamy tuna casserole that is perfect for any occasion.
INGREDIENTS
750 g
macaroni pasta, dry
540 g
vegetable soup, homemade
2.25 cup (367 g)
canned tuna in water, drained
1.50 cup (360 g)
cream cheese, fat-free
3.00 teaspoon (9 g)
garlic, minced
3 g
dry mustard
1.50 cup (390 g)
skim milk
3.00 onion (267 g)
onion, chopped
135 g
branflakes cereal, crushed
METHOD
1. Cook macaroni per package directions.
2. Whisk together vegetable soup, cream cheese and milk in a mixing bowl.
3. Add tuna, garlic, dry mustard and onion. Stir in cooked macaroni. Transfer into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with crushed branflakes.
4. Bake in 375 F (190 C) oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool slightly, about 5 to 10 minutes.
5. Serve and enjoy.
