  Onions, white, minced

  Mustard

  Milk, skim
0.25 teaspoon (2 g)
  Salt, iodised

  Black pepper, ground
4.00 slice (108 g)
  Bread, whole wheat
 

METHOD

In a mixing bowl, combine the pickles, eggs, onion, mustard, milk, salt, and pepper.  Spread the egg mixture on 4 slices of the bread.  Top with the remaining bread.
