0.01 teaspoon (0 g)
  pepper
0.01 teaspoon (0 g)
  allspice
0.11 teaspoon (0 g)
  curry powder
0.03 tablespoon (1 g)
  honey
0.22 tablespoon (1 g)
  parsley, chopped
0.11 egg (2 g)
  eggyolk, slightly beaten
0.11 tablespoon (2 g)
  soysauce, reduced salt
0.03 cup (3 g)
  green onion
0.03 cup (4 g)
  peanut, skin removed, chopped
0.08 cup (14 g)
  chicken breast, cooked, minced
2.00 slice (54 g)
  Soft wheat bread

METHOD

1.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees F or 204 degrees C.

2.. Remove crusts (sides) from bread; cover with a damp towel or plastic wrap to keep soft. Make crumbs from crusts by putting a few at a time into a blender.

3. Combine 3 tablespoons bread crumbs with chicken, peanuts, green onion, 5-spice powder, curry powder, honey, pepper, soy sauce, and parsley; mix well.

4. Roll bread slices very thin with a rolling pin. Cut each square in half, place a teaspoon of chicken mixture on each piece. Brush edges of bread with egg yolk; fold in half to form a square. Pinch to seal, trimming if necessary.

5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. May be served with mustard sauce.  Makes 36 squares.
