A fun, healthy and colorful way to serve snack when entertaining guests. Vegetable sticks are served with a low-fat, low-calorie dip made of fat-free cream cheese, low-fat greek yogurt, onion and spinach.
1. In a food processor, blend spinach, yogurt, mayonnaise and scallions until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
3. Arrange crudités around dip in a serving platter; serve cold.
