1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).
2. Whisk together eggs, milk, protein powder and nutmeg.
3. Divide half of the mangoes in 4 soufflé dish or ramekin. Fill it with the egg mixture. Place the dish in a baking tray, half filled with hot water.
4. Bake it in the oven for 30 minutes. Top with the remaining mangoes.
5. Serve cold.
