It's the sweet-tangy taste of cranberries combined with the juicy pineapples which makes it a unique dessert. INGREDIENTS

0.25 cup (73 g)
  Stewed Cranberries
0.25 tablespoon (3 g)
  Gelatin Powder, unflavored
0.50 cup (125 g)
  Water
0.50 slice (56 g)
  Pineapple, diced
0.06 cup (8 g)
  Celery Stalks, diced
0.75 teaspoon (2 g)
  Splenda (Intense Sweetener)
 

METHOD

1. Stir in gelatin in water until dissolved.

2. Bring to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.

3. Add stewed cranberries, celery and splenda. Remove from heat.

4. Blend together and place into mold or 8 inch square pan.

5. Chill until firm.
