INGREDIENTS

  Egg, hard boiled
1.00 tablespoon (20 g)
  Low-Fat Mayonnaise
8 g
  Mustard, cream-style
1 g
  Sea Salt
1 g
  Black Pepper, ground
0.50 teaspoon (1 g)
  Paprika
1.00 tablespoon (4 g)
  Chives, chopped
 

METHOD

1. Cut eggs in half longways.

2. Remove yolks and put them in a bowl.

3. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.

4. Stir well and pipe them back into egg whites.

5. Top with chopped chives and paprika.

6. Serve and enjoy!
