INGREDIENTS

3.00 tub (624 g)
  low-fat vanilla yoghurt
1.50 Cup (135 g)
  whole wheat graham crackers, crushed
750 g
  instant pudding mix, vanilla-flavoured
8 g
  orange rind, finely grated
22.50 mL (25 g)
  orange juice
3.00 orange (393 g)
  oranges, peeled, cut into segments
 

METHOD

1. Combine vanilla yogurt, pudding, lemon rind and juice. mix gently together.

2. Layer bottom of serving dish with crushed graham crackers.

3. Pour pudding mixture over cracker crumbs.

4. Top with orange slices or your favorite fruit. Chill for 2 hours.

5. Serve and enjoy.
