INGREDIENTS

250 g
  Banana, sliced
15 g
  Reduced-Fat Butter, melted
0.50 Juice of 1 lemon (24 g)
  Lemon Juice
3 g
  Cinnamon, ground
2.00 packet (2 g)
  Splenda, Brown Sugar Blend
 

METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 380 F (190 C).

2. Combine butter and lemon juice in a bowl. 

3. Transfer in shallow baking dish.

4. Put banana chunks in baking dish and turn until bananas are well coated.

5. In small bowl stir together Splenda brown sugar blend and cinnamon until blended.

6. Sprinkle sugar mixture on top of bananas. 

7. Bake 18-20 minutes or until bananas are heated through and butter just begins to bubble.

8. Place in small serving dishes.

9. Serve immediately.
