INGREDIENTS

  chutney, fruit
75 g
  dates, dried
1.00 cup (240 g)
  fat-free cream cheese
30 g
  walnuts, coarsely chopped
0.50 Juice of 1 lemon (24 g)
  lemon juice
 

METHOD

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend well.

2. Transfer into a sealed container and chill for about 1 hour.

3. Serve with apple slices, veggies sticks or pita chips.
