  homemade chocolate sauce
6.00 cup (1,500 g)
  ice cubes

  Fat-free Cool Whip

METHOD

1. Place milk, protein powder, and chocolate sauce in a blender. Pulse until dissolved.

2. Add ice cubes; blend again until smooth, about 1 minute.
