INGREDIENTS

  Bananas, sliced
0.75 cup (146 g)
  Tofu, Silken or Soft
1.50 tablespoon (11 g)
  Cocoa Powder
0.25 cup (39 g)
  Brown Sugar
 

METHOD

1. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.  

2. Place in a glass or ramekin.

3. Chill for at least one hour before serving.

3. Serve topped with fresh sliced banana or strawberries.
