  avocado, sliced

  buttermilk

  Greek yogurt, plain

  vegetable broth

  fresh dill weed
3.00 tablespoon (12 g)
  chives

  salt

  black pepper, ground
 

METHOD

1. Place cucumber and avocado in a food processor; pulse 2 to 3 times to chop into fine pieces.

2. Add remaining ingredients, and process for 20 to 30 seconds or until the desired texture is achieved. Chill for at least one hour, or up to one day.

3. Serve very cold, garnished with additional chopped cucumber and chives.
