  chicken breast, quartered

  garlic, minced
12.00 tablespoon (252 g)
  soy sauce, reduced sodium
6.00 tablespoon (172 g)
  honey
1.50 Juice of 1 lemon (71 g)
  lemon juice
1.50 teaspoon (3 g)
  black pepper, ground
 

METHOD

1. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for an hour to absob flavours.

2. Cook chicken on grill until golden brown.

3. Serve and enjoy.
