This awesome smoothie recipe is made with fresh cherries, yoghurt and protein powder. A delicious way to get your daily fruit servings and packed full of nutrients!

INGREDIENTS

0.50 cup (77 g)
  fresh cherries, pitted
0.50 tub (100 g)
  Greek yoghurt, plain
2.00 1 scoop (80 g)
     Aussie Bodies Perfect Protein Powder   
1.00 cup (250 g)
  water
0.50 cup (125 g)
  ice cubes
 

METHOD

1. Combine cherries, yoghurt, protein powder and water in a blender. Process for 30 seconds.

2. Add ice cubes and process further 20-30 seconds or until smooth.

3. Pour in individual glasses. Garnish with cherries and mint sprigs, if desired.

4. Serve and enjoy.
