1. Combine cherries, yoghurt, protein powder and water in a blender. Process for 30 seconds.
2. Add ice cubes and process further 20-30 seconds or until smooth.
3. Pour in individual glasses. Garnish with cherries and mint sprigs, if desired.
4. Serve and enjoy.
