INGREDIENTS
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Line 2 oven trays with baking paper.
3. Combine milk and cornmeal in a bowl.
4. Process flour and butter in food processor until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
5. Add milk and cornmeal mixture, and half of the cheese, process until combined well..
6. Form tablespoon mixture into 5 cm diameter biscuits, place on prepared oven tray, flatten slightly with fork, sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
7. Bake 20 minutes until golden brown.
