INGREDIENTS

0.50 cup (115 g)
  low-fat cottage cheese
1.00 tub (200 g)
  low-fat plain Greek yogurt
1.00 tablespoon (21 g)
  lemon juice
20 g
  shallot, sliced
1.00 clove (3 g)
  garlic, minced
0.25 teaspoon (0 g)
  black pepper, ground
2 g
  fresh parsley, chopped
 

METHOD

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until combined well. Season with pepper to taste.

2. Transfer into a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

3. Serve with vegetable sticks.
