A very easy and tasty dessert to fill in some healthy calories into your diet! This recipe calls for low fat dairies, blueberries, banana, and Dymatize Elite Whey, Gourmet Vanilla flavour.

INGREDIENTS

6.00 cup (948 g)
  frozen blueberries
6.00 tub (1,248 g)
  low-fat plain yogurt
300 g
  fat-free sour cream
300 g
  banana
9.00 1 Scoop (294 g)
     Dymatize Elite Whey, Gourmet Vanilla flavour   
6.00 tablespoon (36 g)
  coconut flakes (dessicated)
 

METHOD

1. In a medium bowl, mash banana; whisk in sour cream, yogurt and protein powder until smooth.

2. Fold in half of the blueberries.

3. Divide mixture into 4 dessert cups. Top with remaining blueberries.

4. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.

5. Serve and enjoy.
