SUMMARY
This delicious and healthy frozen treat is the perfect dessert for a hot summer evening. Cool and refreshing with a mild sweet taste makes it very satisfying! It is rich in vitamin C, calcium and probiotics which helps boost the body's immune system.
INGREDIENTS

strawberries, hulled and halved
600 g
raspberries
15 g
Splenda no calorie sweetener
3.00 Juice of 1 wedge or slice (18 g)
lemon juice
6.00 cup (1,224 g)
reduced-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
15 g
fresh mint leaves, for garnish
METHOD
1. Combine strawberries, raspberries, Splenda, and lemon juice in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
2. Divide frozen yogurt into 4 dessert cups. Top with strawberry mixture. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
3. Serve and enjoy.
