INGREDIENTS

23 g
  reduced fat butter
1.50 tablespoon (20 g)
  unflavored gelatin
1.50 cup (375 g)
  boililng water
3.00 cup (720 g)
  cream cheese
3.00 1 Scoop (98 g)
     Dymatize Elite Whey, Berry Blast flavour   
45 g
  Splenda no calorie sweetener
225 g
  fresh blueberries
225 g
  fresh raspberries
 

METHOD

1. Grease a glass baking dish with butter.

2. Pour gelatin powder into the boiling water. Sir until completely dissolved. Let cool for 5-7 minutes.

3. Combine cream cheese, whey powder, and gelatin mixture in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.

4. Chill for 5 hours or overnight to set.

5. Cut into 8 equal slices.

6. Serve. May top with fat-free Cool Whip and mint leaves if desired.
