With this quick and easy smoothie recipe, there is no reason to skip breakfast. This recipe has no-fat and low in calories. It consist of  fresh blueberries, bananas and soy milk. It provides our body enough fibre, vitamins and minerals and good quality protein to nourish us throughout the day!

INGREDIENTS

0.25 cup (40 g)
  Fresh Blueberries
50 g
  Bananas, sliced
1.00 cup (260 g)
  Soy Milk
0.50 cup (125 g)
  Crushed Ice
 

METHOD

1. In a blender, process blueberries, bananas and soy milk about 1-2 minutes or until smooth.

2. Add crushed ice and blend for another minute.

3. Pour in glasses and garnish with fresh strawberries.

4. Serve and enjoy!
