A very awesome smoothie! This recipe uses fresh berries, yogurt, honey and skimmed milk. It is rich in calcium, fibre and antioxidants which makes it a delicious defense against illnesses and certain cancers.
Low-Fat Yogurt, Vanilla Flavored
1.00 tablespoon (29 g)
1. Place berries, milk, yogurt and honey in a blender.
2. Blend for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add 1 cup crushed ice and blend for another minute or until smooth.
4. Serve in tall glasses and garnish with fresh berries and mint sprigs.
