1. Place the roasted pine nuts, basil, garlic and parmesan in a food processor and process until finely chopped.
2. In motor still running, drizzle oil in a thin steady stream until well combined.
3. Transfer in a bowl or air tight containers.
4. You may store it in the refrigerator or freezer for longer shelf life.
