INGREDIENTS

  wholemeal flour

  old fashioned rolled oats

  cinnamon powder
1.50 teaspoon (3 g)
  nutmeg, ground
3.00 cup (777 g)
  non-fat buttermilk
3.00 egg (132 g)
  egg

  oil
450 g
  banana, sliced
 

METHOD

1. Whisk all ingredients except bananas in a medium bowl until well blended. Fold in bananas.

2. Ladle 1/4 cup batter into the pan. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side over medium-low heat.

3. Transfer in a serving dish.

4. Serve and enjoy.
