INGREDIENTS

450 g
  banana, peeled, chopped
90 g
  malted milk powder
4.50 cup (1,170 g)
  skim milk
3.00 tub (624 g)
  non-fat vanilla yoghurt
3.00 cup (750 g)
  ice cubes
 

METHOD

1. Place banana, malt, yoghurt, milk in a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and frothy about 1 minute.

3. Add ice and blend for another 30 seconds.

3. Pour into glasses and serve.
