This protein powder recipe will give a boost as you start off your day with the combination of complex carbs from oats and protein from the banana-flavoured Optimum Gold Standard whey protein powder. 

INGREDIENTS

  old fashioned rolled oats, raw
6.00 1 Rounded Scoop (182 g)
     Optimum Gold Standard 100% whey protein powder. Banana Cream flavour.   
6.00 serve (4 g)
  baking powder
12.00 egg (360 g)
  egg whites
2.00 cup (500 g)
  water
4.00 teaspoon (8 g)
  cinnamon powder
10 g
  Splenda no calorie sweetener
30 g
  canola oil
36.00 berry (432 g)
  strawberries
 

METHOD

1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process for 30 seconds.

2. Pour 1/4 cup mixture onto a hot grill and cook like a normal pancake. Repeat procedures to remaining batter mixture.

3. Transfer into a plate. Garnish with sliced strawberries.

4. Serve and enjoy.
