INGREDIENTS

  Bananas
10.00 almond (12 g)
  Roasted Almonds, unsalted
1.00 orange (131 g)
  Orange, Navel
100 g
  Low-Fat Yogurt, Vanilla Flavored
100 g
  Skim Milk
 

METHOD

1. Squeeze juice of one orange.

2. In a blender, first grind almonds to fine powder.

3. Add remaining ingredients and 1 cup crushed ice then continue blending for 2 minutes.

4. Serve in glasses and enjoy!
