INGREDIENTS

0.20 teaspoon (0 g)
  paprika
0.10 tablespoon (2 g)
  garlic powder
0.30 teaspoon (1 g)
  ground black pepper
0.60 teaspoon (4 g)
  salt
0.20 tablespoon (3 g)
  olive oil
200 g
  sweet potato, peeled and sliced to 1/4 inch long slices, then 1/4 inch wide strips
 

METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Farenheit or 232 degrees Celsius

2. Line a sheet tray with parchment. In a large bowl toss sweet potatoes with just enough oil to coat. Sprinkle with ground pepper, salt, garlic powder and paprika.

3. Spread sweet potatoes in a single layer on prepared baking sheet, being sure not to overcrowd. Bake until sweet potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning occasionally, about 20 minutes. Let cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
