1. Boil the sweet potatoes for 15 minutes.
2. Peel the skin of the sweet potatoes and discard.
3. Smash the sweet potatoes and combine them with flour, honey, and just enough water to form a smooth dough that is soft in texture but not sticky.
4. Divide dough into small, equal portions and roll them into balls. Coat the balls with some sesame seeds.
5. Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown at 400 degrees Farenheit or 205 degrees Celsius.
