INGREDIENTS

1.50 fillet (237 g)
  Salmon Fillet
50 g
  Fat-Free Sour Cream
15 g
  Shallots, chopped
0.25 cup (66 g)
  Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
2.00 tablespoon (44 g)
  Mustard Sauce
1 g
  Garlic Powder
1 g
  Black Pepper, ground
 

METHOD

1. Whisk sour cream, onion, lemon juice, and mustard together in large bowl until well blended.

2. Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C); while waiting, spray baking sheet with nonstick fat-free cooking spray.

3. Place salmon, skin side down on baking sheet.

4. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper, then spread with sauce made in Step 1.

5. Bake salmon until opaque in center, or about 20 minutes. For best results, do not over bake.

6. Serve with sliced orange,  fresh greens, cherry tomatoes and enjoy!
