INGREDIENTS

18.00 egg (540 g)
  egg whites
1.50 cup (390 g)
  skim milk
3.00 1 Rounded Scoop (91 g)
     Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard Protein Powder, vanilla flavor   
600 g
  low fat cottage cheese
3.00 cup (105 g)
  spinach
6.00 Tbsp (90 g)
  grated Parmesan cheese
0.75 teaspoon (1 g)
  black pepper
15 g
  parsley, fresh
 

METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C). Lightly grease a 9-inch cake pan with oil. 

2. Whisk together eggs, milk and protein powder in a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into the prepared pan. 

3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set in the middle. Sprinkle with grated fresh parmesan (if desired).

4. Serve and enjoy.
