METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C). Lightly grease a 9-inch cake pan with oil.
2. Whisk together eggs, milk and protein powder in a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into the prepared pan.
3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set in the middle. Sprinkle with grated fresh parmesan (if desired).
4. Serve and enjoy.
