INGREDIENTS

2.00 medium (202 g)
  Banana, medium, peeled, halved lengthwise
1.50 teaspoon (8 g)
  Lemon juice
10 g
  Butter, reduced fat
1.00 teaspoon (3 g)
  Brown Sugar
 

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 3500F (1760C). 
  2. Arrange the bananas in layer in a buttered 9"x9"x2" baking dish. 
  3. Sprinkle with the lemon juice, and brush with the butter, then sprinkle with the sugar. 
  4. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes, turning the bananas once about halfway through the cooking.
