- Preheat the oven to 3500F (1760C).
- Arrange the bananas in layer in a buttered 9"x9"x2" baking dish.
- Sprinkle with the lemon juice, and brush with the butter, then sprinkle with the sugar.
- Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes, turning the bananas once about halfway through the cooking.
