INGREDIENTS

  Avocado, cubed
0.25 cup (65 g)
  Skim Milk
0.50 tub (104 g)
  Low Fat Yoghurt, Vanilla flavored
1.00 teaspoon (2 g)
  Splenda, Sugar Blend
1.00 cup (250 g)
  Crushed Ice
 

METHOD

1. Combine avocados, milk, yoghurt and splenda in a blender until smooth about 1-2 minutes.

2. Add crushed ice and blend for another 1 minute.

3. Pour in glasses and serve immediately to enjoy.
