INGREDIENTS

3.00 cup (771 g)
  stewed apricot, intense sweetened and halved
12.00 Scoop (353 g)
  whey protein shake powder (vanilla)
6.00 cup (1,500 g)
  water
3.00 cup (750 g)
  ice cubes
 

METHOD

1. Blend apricot halves, whey protein powder and water for 30 seconds.

2. Add ice cubes and blend for 1 minute or until frothy. 

3. Pour in glasses. Garnish with apricot slices and mint sprigs.

4. Serve and enjoy.
