INGREDIENTS

  fresh apricots, diced
600 g
  fresh pineapple, diced
12.00 1 Rounded Scoop (468 g)
     Optimum Nutrition Platinum,Hydrowhey, vanilla   
9.00 cup (2,250 g)
  water
3.00 cup (750 g)
  ice cubes
 

METHOD

1. Combine apricots, pineapple, protein powder and water in a blender.  Process for 30 seconds.

2. Add ice cubes and process further 20-30 seconds or until smooth.

3. Pour in individual glasses. Garnish with apricot slices and mint sprigs, if desired.

4. Serve and enjoy.
