INGREDIENTS

  Apple, cored, diced
0.08 cup (13 g)
  Raisins
0.17 serve (33 g)
  Quinoa, cooked
5 g
  Oat Bran
0.08 cup (15 g)
  Flaxseeds
0.08 cup (12 g)
  Almonds, slivered
0.67 1 Rounded Scoop (20 g)

METHOD

1. Pre-heat oven to 380 F (190 C). Lightly grease baking dish or tin.

2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well to combine. 

3. Transfer mixture in a baking dish or tin. Press to flaten mixture.

4. Bake  for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Let stand to cool.

5. Cut into 12 bars.
