INGREDIENTS

  frozen banana, peeled, cut into small pieces
300 g
  strawberries, hulled and halved
750 g
  apple juice, unsweetened
3.00 tub (624 g)
  non-fat plain yoghurt
4.50 cup (1,170 g)
  skim milk
 

METHOD

1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.

2. Pour in glasses.

3. Serve and enjoy.
